Tiki Torches In Charlottesville Again

Richard Spencer and his army of “good people” wielding Wal-Mart tiki torches marched again Saturday night in Charlottesville WV. Around 40 supporters of the alt-right gathered in what Spencer called a flash mob to deliver  white nationalists speeches at the rally. Anit facist were also there to confront the group. The speeches held at the base of the Robert E. Lee statue in Emancipation Park, formerly Lee Park, was the focal point of one of the largest white nationalist gathering of the last decade in August of this year. It culminated in the death of Heather Heyer, who was run over by white nationalist and supporter James Fields of Ohio.  Smiling Spencer tweeted that “Charlottesville 3.0 was a sucess and they will be back again” The city has vowed to remove the Lee statue, but has seen a setback due to an injunction to prevent its removal. Charlottesville Mayor Spencer tweeted “Another despicable visit by Neo-Nazi cowards. You are not welcome here!! Go home!! Meantime we are looking at all our legal options. Stay tuned!” Spencer tweeted back the mayor has no right to ban American citizens from ”C’ville.”
