In January of 2013 a young black man named Kendrick Johnson was found dead rolled up in a gymnasium mat. At the time, his death was ruled as an “accident”. His family and most sane folks everywhere were like “What!!?” Yep.. they actually believed he died and then rolled himself up in a gym mat. In 2022 after several investigation by the “local” sheriff department, the case has been closed and ruled as an accident. To most of us the killing of Kendrick Johnson will never solved.

Reporter: Colonel Bigot, is it true that you ruled the young black man found in the shallow grave with a pair of panties was accidental?
Colonel: Yes… we determined that he somehow dug his own grave, jumped into it and smothered himself when he covered it up…
Reporter: Sir we have a confidential source who says that the panties found with the victim belonged to your daughter… would you care to comment on that?
Colonel: Yes!! Detective Bigot Jr. and I have done an exhaustive investigation and have determined that those are “NOT” his sister’s panties!
Reporter: Colonel isn’t that a conflict of interest… you and your son investigating this crime?
Colonel: No… I don’t think it’s a conflict of interest… As a matter of fact, I’m offering $100,000 reward for anyone that comes into my office and tells me they have information about the case… yep… just come on in here and let me know if you saw us… I mean saw something… that’s all gentleman…

Javon Magee
Kendrick Johnson is not the only black man who has died under suspicious circumstances. In 2012 Chavis Carter was killed while he was handcuffed in the back of a police patrol car. Officers had stopped a vehicle in which Carter was a passenger. After searching Carter, they found a small amount of weed. They ran a check and found out he had an outstanding warrant against him. He was searched again, handcuffed behind his back and placed in the back seat of the patrol car.
According to the officers, minutes later they discovered that Carter had been shot in the head. They said they found a semi-automatic pistol near his body. So, this happened in Arkansas. The state has a long history of racism. The Elaine Massacre of 1919 happened in Arkansas and was one of the bloodiest race riots in American history. Hundreds of black folks were killed there when they demanded fair prices for their labor. The medical examiner who did the autopsy on Carter’s body said that the marking on one of his wrists from the handcuffs was higher than the other which is consistent with him pulling his right hand up? Pulling his right hand up to where? Another thing is that there was no test done on Carters hands which showed the presence of gunshot residue. Well, it’s not that there wasn’t a test done, it just when the police were questioned about it, they said “no comment…”
I’m starting to feel a little bit like Yoda in Star Wars when he said, “The force is strong with this one.” Yeah, the Arkansas police force bullshat is strong with this one…

So, I bring up these suspicious deaths because in the last few months there have been two other black men found dead in a suspicious manner.
Javon Magee was a 21-year-old truck driver from Chicago. He was found dead in a wooded area in Henderson, North Carolina. So, Henderson is right on the border of North Carolina and Tennessee. Need I say more? You might as well be in the heart of Dixie if you are in Henderson County. And we are not going to even mention Tennesse, birthplace of the Ku Klux Klan. Now that I think about, it’s kind of funny that the sheriff told reporters, “There was no lynching in Henderson County?” Was that Klan double talk for… “The nagger was lynch someplace else?”
Anyway, Javon was found leaning with his back up against a tree, and a rope around his neck. His truck was parked not far away, and he had been there making a delivery to a Walmart distribution center. Now I told you that the sheriff said there was not a lynching in Henderson… here is his complete statement…
“There’ been information put out there that there’s been a lynching in Vance County. The young man was not “dangling” from a tree. He was not “swinging” from a tree. The rope was wrapped around his neck. It was not a noose. There was not a knot in the rope, so therefore, it was not a lynching here in Vance County.”

Reporter: Sheriff Bigot, are there any new details on the murder of Black Mann?
Bigot: No, we don’t have any new details… but our investigation leads us to believe it was a suicide…
Reporter: Sheriff wasn’t the victim shot in the back… several times?
Sheriff: Yes… but we haven’t been able to locate a gun. Now we know that the victim has four holes in his back… but we don’t know how those holes got there. There is no gun… He could have been born with those holes in his back…
Reporter: Sheriff… is that the story you really want me to print… he was born with those holes in his back?
Sheriff: Look, I’ve been a sheriff in this county for over twenty-five years and I’ve seen some strange things! Last year we found a newspaper reporter dead in the middle of Main Street with tire marks all over his body and face… everybody said he looked as though he had been run over by a car… but after my extensive and thorough investigation… I determined he drowned…
Reporter: Okay sheriff…I see… you say he was born with those holes in his back… right?
Sheriff: Yep.
Reporter: Thank you, sheriff… I’ll tell my editor the case has been solved….

So yeah, the Vance County Sheriff’s Office said there was no lynching.
Anyway, Javon’s body was sent to the medical examiner. While the preliminary autopsy did not show any concrete signs of the cause of death, there were signs of hemorrhaging around his neck. They are now waiting for a toxicology report. As for the Vance County Sheriff Office, they are continuing the investigation.
“We are going down every avenue, every aspect of all information. We are contacting the company to try and see if we can get his GPS reading…”
That’s the first thing you should have done. Hopefully justice and peace will come to the family of Javon Magee.
Dennoriss Richardson
On September 28, 2024, Dennoriss Richardson was found dead, hanging by a rope in an abandoned house in Colbert, County, Alabama. Of course, the sheriff in this case also ruled the death a suicide. The victim’s family said, “OH HELL NO!!” They called the FBI… the CIA… Homeland Security and some more shat… You see Dennoriss earlier this year had filed a federal lawsuit saying he was beaten and abused by Sheffield police during his incarceration in their jail. His wife told reporters that after his release, he was re-arrested on a drug charge and was told the charges would be dropped if he dropped the lawsuit. He told them he wasn’t dropping anything and that he planned on buying a bright yellow Cadillac with matching fur hat and coat once he got the money… and then he was going to drive it in front of the police station playing “Big Daddy” by Biggie Smalls…
Okay no he didn’t… but he did refuse.

Sheriff Bigot: Bring that boy in here… I wanna talk to him… sit down right there boy… no… take the handcuffs off him… You see this shoe box on my desk boy?
Black Menn: Yes suh…
Sheriff Bigot: Before I open this box… I’m going to tell you a story… We had a black boy just like you in this very jail a few years ago. He along with three other naggers had been accused of peeking in a white women’s window… well… we beat the black off them naggers!! Them naggers said if we stop beating them, they will do anything… I said suppose you saw another white woman… they said if they even saw a white woman on TV, they will pack their bags and leave town… I said what if it was a picture of a white woman. They said they would take that picture and bring it right to me… if they could find me… because they said they would be wearing a blindfold so they would be respectful… I said and you know you will have to pick cotton from now on… and they said ok… well to make a long story short… old Sally Mae said she had made a mistake… it wasn’t naggers looking in her window… it was a raccoon…
So, me and my deputy went to Whitey’s cotton field, and we told them there had been a mistake… and that they didn’t have to pick no more cotton. They didn’t take kindly to the news… they said they were going straight to the Feds and tell them everything. I said… “boys why don’t we just keep what happened between us… you know… our little secret?” Do you know what them naggers said to me?
Black Menn: No suh…
Sheriff Bigot: They said if it was the last thing they did, they would see my racist azz in prison… and that they would make sure I was welcomed… “with open arms… and pants…” Well, I had no choice then… They had a secret on me, and I couldn’t let it get out… I took them to Old Massa’s Barn and dangled all three of them from the rafters… Well, boy, I have to admit… that wasn’t my best day… but at least my secret was safe and from that day on… I keep all my secrets in this shoe box… I got three secrets in this shoe box… Do you want to see my secrets boy?
Black Menn: NO SUH!!
Sheriff Bigot: Am I gonna have to put yo secret in this shoe box?
Black Menn: NO SUH!!
Sheriff Bigot: Good then… we have an understanding…. Deputy free this man… We just talked and he told me he got those lashes on his back after he fell stealing watermelons… aint that right boy?
Black Menn: Yes suh…
Sheriff Bigot: Wait a minute boy… before you go, I want to give you something… something to remember me by… here is a picture… that’s me and that’s my box of secrets on my desk… in case you forget… now what do you say?
Black Menn: Thank you suh…
Sheriff Bigot: and…?
Black Menn: Thank you for allowing me the privilege of staying in your jail and making you feed my no-good lazy azz…
Sheriff Bigot: See? I knew you were a good one… now get the faque out of here!!
Later:
Black Menn: (phone ringing…) Hello? Yes…? Yes sir… this is Special Agent Menn… Yes sir, we got him…
Phone: We’ll be right over…
Black Menn: and sir… bring a shoe box…

You didn’t think I was going to let Bigot get away with that stuff… did you?
Anyway, Dennoriss was actually found “hanging” from a tree! So, the county sheriff said that Richardson was apparently depressed about the drug charges. His wife and his mother said you must think we are crazy… he would not have gone to an abandoned house that he never saw in Mississippi and hang himself… on the porch!! Yes, he was hung on the front porch of the house.
The sheriff said after the death was ruled as a suicide, they submitted a written request to the FBI asking them to come in and review the case. The FBI agreed to do so.
Ima tells you right now, probably 90 percent of the black people found hung in Mississippi or Alabama case is reviewed by the FBI. So even if the sheriff didn’t write asking them to look into it, they would have been down there anyway. A black man hung in Mississippi or Alabama is not the same as a black man hung in the north. By that I mean most hanging lynching occur down south… I mean the main cause for the Civil Rights Movement was because the racist down south were wilding out!! Black folks in the north are usually shot… in the back… because we got guns too…
Although Robinson has passed, the family’s attorney says the lawsuit will go on. They will just substitute the plaintiffs. Although the state case has apparently been closed, the FBI investigation continues. They have declined to comment on their progress at this time. Dennoriss Richardson leaves behind five children and a wife. Hopefully justice and peace will come to his family also.
