Black Like Me

To fling my arms wide
In the face of the sun,
Dance! Whirl! Whirl!
Till the quick day is done.
Rest at pale evening . . .
A tall, slim tree . . .
Night coming tenderly
Black like me… – Langston Hughs

Every black person in America should be throwing up in they mouth right now. So while I don’t condone violence, I can promote commerce. The Walmart on the Altama Connector sells five gallon gas cans and you can get a five pack of cigarette lighters for $6.49. On February 23, 2020 two racist Georgia hillbillies decided they was gonna kill a nigg*r. Now I’m not going to sugarcoat it because we all know who we dealing with… and we all know that’s what they were thinking. Gregory McMichael and his son Travis McMichael ran up on Ahmaud Arbery while he was jogging and shot him dead under color of law and stand your ground.

Under Color Of Law

So Under Color Of Law means, “Using power given by a governmental agency (local, state or federal), to deprive or conspire wilfully to deprive another person of any right protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.” So the hillbillies said they were making a citizen’s arrest after accusing Ahmaud of burglary. I for one am glad they said they were making a citizen’s arrest, because it will add more time to their sentence because they killed Ahmaud under color of law. So I am not an attorney and they have not been charged with under color of law violations, but I thought I would throw it out there in case a prosecutor is reading this article… you never know. If it was up to me… after seeing “that” video, there would be no need for a trial. I would want to see two of them hanging from that tree and blowing in the wind and two of them blowing in the wind on that tree over there. Anywho, the citizens arrest law in Georgia say’s “A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.” So in order for you to make a citizen’s arrest in Georgia you have to see the crime being committed. So the first part that says “committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge,” is like when you see someone snatch a women’s purse. If he or she is smaller than you, then you can arrest them. If they bigger than you, call the police. The second part, “If the offense is a felony,” is like when you are standing outside of a bank and a couple of guys in masks, carrying bags of money, and holding guns come running out the bank. They are just about to get into a running car parked out front. Well you have “reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion,” and can make a citizen’s arrest wid yo bad azz… and you know sumpin… I don’t care what anybody says about you … I’ma still send flowers and a card. Anywho.. those racist hillbillies got that one wrong and if by some chance they don’t get the death penalty, then federal law provides up to life imprisonment if someone dies when in violation of a person’s civil right.

Stand Your Ground

Stand Your Ground, “You as an individual have no duty to retreat from any place where you have a lawful right to be and you may defend yourself or others against threats or perceived threats, even to the point of applying lethal force, regardless of whether safely retreating from the situation might have been possible.” So this is stand your ground which also incorporates the law of the right to self defense. Now the racist hillbillies rode up on Ahmaud, block him off with pickup truck, jump out with guns and attacked him. While he was defending himself they shot and killed him because they were standing their ground? Let’s roll the tape..

This is incredibly hard to watch. From my point of view there were three shots fires. Since the racist hillbillies were the only ones that had guns, we can assume they were the ones firing. The first shot is heard shortly after Ahmaud runs around the truck. After that shot is fired Ahmaud defends himself and it looks like he is kicking ass. They go out of frame with Ahmaud kicking ass and looking like he’s getting ready to take the gun away from that racist hillbilly when another shot is heard. When they come back into the frame, Ahmaud is still kicking ass and the racist hillbilly fires again. Ahmaud drops to the ground mortally wounded. So let me tell you what I think happened. Now in the video we see that Ahmaud ain’t no little dude. When daddy racist hillbilly and baby racist hillbilly see that, they decide they gonna need guns. Can I get a “huh man!” Daddy racist hillbilly sends baby racist hillbilly to confront Ahmaud because if Ahmaud decides to whip that ass and take that gun, he don’t want to be embarrassed in front of baby racist hillbilly and thinks baby racist hillbilly has a better chance if it comes down to throwing hands. How bout a “huh man.” Baby racist hillbilly gets out of the truck and realizes Ahmaud is way bigger than he looked from the living room window and he fires off a shot. Let me hear a “huh man..” Ahmaud looks at baby hillbilly and commences to whipping that ass and taking take that gun. Daddy racist hillbilly see’s things ain’t going as planned. You can tell by how animated he is as Ahmaud is whipping baby racist hillbilly’s ass and looking like he getting ready to take that gun. He probably yells out shoot!! shoot!! Baby racist hillbilly can’t see a way out of this mess and doesn’t want Ahmaud to take his gun and make him and his daddy get back in they truck and drive away. How could he face daddy racist hillbilly if that happened? So he shoots and kills Ahmaud. Let me hear a “dayummmm.” Since his father is a former detective and got juice at the DA’s office it will go down as just another black burglary suspect killed while resisting arrest. Can I get a “Fu*k That!”

There’s Some Trees In The Distance…

So I saw a meme today and it said, “They didn’t press charges because they saw the video, they pressed charges because we saw the video.” “Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney George E. Barnhill said in the memo that Gregory McMichael, Travis McMichael and their neighbor William Bryan were in “hot pursuit of a burglary suspect” when they shot Arbery, 25, as he jogged through the Satilla Shores neighborhood just outside of Brunswick.” So the DA uses the word suspect. Georgia’s citizens arrest law says you have to see the crime in progress. So I got a few questions. Was anybody ever breaking into the houses in that neighborhood? Did a few neighbors including daddy racist hillbilly and baby racist hillbilly conspire to make false reports to the police about break ins as a way to stop Ahmaud or any black from making daily jogs or visiting people in Hillbilly Town? Was the DA in on it? Did the DA suggest it? What about the Chief Of Police, who is currently on paid administrative leave for violating his oath of office and who black leaders say there is no way that our taxpayer dollars should be paying him. Was he in on it? For the answers to these exciting questions and many more, tune into Channel ?? News, “Town On Fire,” or on our sister channel, Channel !!! News, “Hillbilly Execution, which we better be reporting on soon. Anywho, according to USAToday, “The case is now being led by Atlantic Judicial Circuit District Attorney Tom Durden, who on Tuesday of this week formally requested the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to look into the killing. It took the bureau two days to investigate and arrest Gregory and Travis McMichael.” Incidentally, when reporters asked for the burglary reports in the neighborhood under question, during the time they say the break-ins occurred, the office dealing with those types of records said said no such records exists. Did the Police Chief destroy them because the only complainants were daddy and baby racist hillbilly? The records were requested under the open public records request law. It is similar to the federal Freedom Of Information Act. So whether it be a fire or execution, Hill1News will be on top of this story. Please check back often.
