You kind of know that you faqued up in your job as president when the country holds a national evening of celebration when you lose the election. On the night of November 7, 2020, I was watching the presidential returns on CNN. For most of the night, Joe Biden had been in the lead. This time it was different. I didn’t have to wait all night to hear the results. From my recollection, it must have been around 7 p.m. or so, when Wolf Blitzer called the election in Biden’s favor. I must have not been the only one watching the results because immediately afterward I heard gunshots. I got down on my hands and knees and said in my Fred Sanford voice… “Oh lawd.. they coming for me now…” In my mind, I could hear them saying… “We’re tired of that nigra and his shat… I tell you what!! I bet “THAT” nigra won’t be seeing Biden take the oath of office!!” However, fortunately, that was not the case. THEY WERE CELEBRATING!! THATS RIGHT… CELEBRATING!! Now what’s even more shocking is the fact that I live in a deep red Trump state. I’m talking about the kind where farmers cut out the name of Trump in their cornfields so it can be seen from the darn sky and if you go down to Lulu’s Red Slipper without a “Make America Great Again” red hat on, somebody is going to end up in a missing persons report the next day… So yeah, I was kind of shocked and amazed at the same time that there were that many Biden supporters. The next day I got up and remembered to try and look like it was no big deal when I saw those hard racists leaning on their pickup trucks hanging outside the 711 drinking Bud Lite. I wanted to rub their noses in it like they had done to us four years earlier, but I knew if I didn’t want to be a featured article in the Klan Weekly, “The Disrespectful,” under a piece called “He Found Out”… then I better keep it moving. They wanted a nigra to smile at them as he walked into the store… Racist: “If that nigra grins or winks at us, we gonna hide his body under that Biden for President sign we saw in his yard…” Yessiree… there were a lot of Trump supporters mingling around just wishing a mfer would.
Now I hate to use a term that conservatives use about liberals when they see Trump not getting his way, but yeah I was “DELIGHTED” when he lost. I called everyone to see if they had the same experience I had when the results were announced. Sure enough, there was dancing in the streets all over America. My friends said people were stopping their cars in the middle of the road and getting out and dancing, people going up to strangers and hugging them, fireworks were being shot off, and just a national sigh of relief that the long nightmare was over… and it was not only in the USA. People all over the world were celebrating. I even started to get my grill out and have a party, invite some friends over, have a couple of drinks, and then I figured we would faque with the neighbors by yelling USA!! USA!! USA!! But like my girl Moon says on TikTok when she gets mad at someone… “You don’t love yo life?” Yes, I love my life so I just decided to make a couple of peanut butter sandwiches, play a little bit of respectful race music, and leave them folks alone. I was reasonably sure if I did give a party and after everyone had left and I was there all alone… that would be my regular azz… Racist: Naw Nigra!!… USA!! USA!! USA!!
For the first year of the Biden administration, the questionable activities of the previous administration were placed on the back burner. In 2021 the legal ramifications for Trump and his enabling sycophants started to get real.
Our Scale:

So in our last installment, we talked a little about how this president started a crusade to remove millions of minority voters off the voting rolls and roll back the gains in civil rights accrued over the last sixty years. When asked if he is a racist he usually says he is the least racist person on the planet and typically indicates that the blacks and browns love him. As a matter of fact, you increasingly see black and brown Americans supporting Republicans under organizational names like ” Blacks for Trump, Latinos for Trump, or Asians For Trump”. One of the funniest things I ever heard someone say about these organizations came from an actor named John Leguizamo who said ” Latinos for Trump is like Raid For Roaches.” You might remember him from the mini-series ” When They See Us.” He played Raymond Santana’s father. The movie is about the Central Park 5. They were a group of teens who were tried and convicted of raping a white female jogger in Central Park in 1989. They were eventually acquitted and successfully sued the city of New York for $41 million dollars. The last I heard was they are not finished either. They were looking at the Alex Jones case and said we want their dogs too… Alex Jones is the fool who thought Sandy Hook was fake. The parents sued him for close to a billion dollars and won. It was reported they said Jones was hiding his assets and asked that the judge make him cough up his expensive dogs so they could sell them and get some of the dough he owes them. Jones said they are not getting my dogs! Anywho, I was kidding about the Central Park 5 and the dogs. They have gone on to be advocates against wrongful imprisonment and racial injustice. So although this seems to be out of the topic of this article, it is not. Guess who put out full-page ads in several New York newspapers calling for the Central Park 5 to be executed? Yep, Donald Trump. He paid $85,000 for the ads. Later after they were exonerated, the former president still refused to admit to their innocence although DNA evidence proved that they had nothing to do with the crime. Yeah right… “My African Americans love me.” Well, I know one African American who doesn’t love him anymore. His name is Gregory Cheadle. For those who don’t remember Gregory, he was the one who was singled out at a Trump rally. Trump: “They love me… look over there.. where is my African American? There he is. There’s my African American! Isn’t he the greatest?” Now I don’t know about you… but there would have been a situation if that had been me. He embarrassed that man on national TV in front of millions! However according to Cheadle at the time, he took it as a joke and laughed along with the mostly white crowd at the rally. Black man please, do you think they were laughing “with” you? He called you the “N-word” right in front of your face and you thought he was joking? My African American… really?
Racist: “Cheadle, did you hear the one about the nigra who stole the watermelon?”
Cheadle: (Cheadle grinning) “No… What happened?”
Racist: “They shot him in the ass five times!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!!”
Cheadle: Ha!! Ha!! Ha!! Thats funny!! Ha!! Ha!! Ha!!
Me: “Come on man!! Don’t you have any dignity!!??

Anywho, Cheadle finally figured it out. He became frustrated with the president’s racist rhetoric and pro-white agenda and decided to leave the Republican party and become an Independent. He said the last straw was when Trump attacked Rep. Cummings calling Baltimore infested and then telling four black House Representatives to go back to their own country. Infested? Infested by what… or did Trump mean whom?
But we shouldn’t be surprised that Trump is a racist. Most of us are familiar with him being taken to court because he refused to rent to black tenants in his New York properties, but did you know about his casinos? The New Jersey Casino Control Commission fined the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino $200,000 in 1992 because managers would remove African-American card dealers at the request of a certain big-spending gambler… Donald Trump and according to a former employee, when Trump and his former wife Ivanka came to the casino, the bosses would order all the black people off the floor. Not surprising though. It was rumored that Donald and Melania took so long to move into the White House because they didn’t want to sleep in the same quarters that a black man and woman slept in. When told that living in the White House was part of the job, they remodeled the whole area. He even took down Obama’s official portrait while he was in office. Biden put it back up. Then there was the time when he mistook Chuck Schumer’s diverse staff to be waiters at an official function. Trump: “Hey boy… run over to the bar and get us a couple of Modigliani’s and limes…” He knew darn well they weren’t waiters. When was the last time you saw waiters dressed in tuxedos and gowns? So yeah… anyway, I’m just using Modigliani as an example. Modigliani is the world’s most expensive bottled water, costing north of $60,000 for 750ml. That’s a little more than half a 40oz bumper worth. Anywhoooo…. Then there was the time he dissed the Muslim parents of a Gold Star member who was killed in the line of duty fighting in Afghanistan. After they called him out on his refusal to allow Muslim immigrants into the country, he told reporters, “I wonder why she didn’t say anything… maybe they don’t allow Muslim women to speak..” Everybody was like… that MFer needs to go! Didn’t faze Trump a bit as throughout his presidency he would hurl his bigoted and racist rhetoric not only at blacks, but Jews, Indians, and Mexicans too. However, he does hold a warm spot for white nationalists. We all know about Charlottesville and his wink, wink move at the Proud Boys when he was asked to disavow them and he told them to “Stand Back and Stand By..” I think their leader, Enrique Tarrio is standing back and standing by now, while they decide if they should put him in prison for thirty-three years. Now Enrique who is black wasn’t even at the Capitol when the hillbillies attacked, but his counterpart Stewart Rhodes who is white and was up in there with a bulletproof vest, pistols, bear spray, walkie-talkies, zip ties, tactical gear, and flashlights got seventeen years. Rhodes was a member of the Oath Keepers. The Oath Keepers are a far-right white nationalist militia who wish a nigra would and the Proud Boys are a multiracial group of far-right-wing extremists. My money is on Enrique leaving prison in a wheelchair with a long white beard looking like Moses because that nigra was more disrespectful… plotting on gawd-fearing white folks from a hotel room. I could go on and on about the role this president played in halting the march toward civil rights for all Americans, but I won’t. Right now he is embroiled in four separate criminal cases, the greatest of which accuses him of being involved in insurrection, the violent overthrow of our government. Like millions of other Americans, I too will be watching the story unfold about a man who now seeks protection behind the same Constitution he once fought to destroy.
Joseph R. Biden – 4
Elected 2021 – Present
If we hear you calling for help, we will call the police after we have charged our phone.

OH MY GOODNESS!! NOT JOE!! YOU DIDN’T GIVE JOE A “4” AFTER ALL HE’S DONE FOR US!!
Yes, I Did!!
Good old Joe… Joe: “I know how you feel because I grew up in a blue-class family just like yours. My father was a hard-working American just trying to put food on the table just like you are trying to do now.”
Folks… Joe was born into a wealthy family. Yes, his Irish-American family did go through a rough patch, but came out on top and were able to send Joe to a private school and then to college. Now, I don’t normally use this type of language, but we are talking about 1950s and 60s New Jersey. The Irish were especially intolerant of other cultures. They moved to New Jersey or out of New York to get away from the “Sp*cs, J*ws, Wh*ps and Ni**@rs.. and that’s how it was straight-up. There is no way on this green earth, that Joe Biden was not a part of that culture. Believe me, the “n-word” flowed freely out of Joe’s mouth… and his father. Joe was the youngest senator ever elected to office. He was twenty-nine when he became the junior senator from Delaware. Joe ended up in Delaware because that was where he attended college. First at the University of Delaware and then at Syracuse University, where he received a Juris Doctor. Yep, although little is said about it, Biden is an attorney. They probably don’t mention it because he graduated 76 out of a class of 85. Anywho, Biden had been in the Senate for 40 years before he hooked up with Obama, and that’s what we are going to be talking about… those forty years and what good ole boy… I mean good ole Joe Biden was doing.

In 1991, Biden chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee handling the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination. Of course, most of us have heard about the Anita Hill allegations of sexual predatory behavior by Clarence (“Sex Machine”)Thomas.” I remember watching the confirmation hearings and being torn between having a black man on the Supreme Court or having a sexual predator get away with his fiendish crimes. After hearing Hill’s story, even “black people” started sending ropes to their senators… me included. Thomas was an evil person to work for. It was one of the most cringeworthy spectacles ever seen or heard in a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. You could never forget the questions the senators asked about large-breasted women, a porn star named Long Dong Silver, and pubic hair on a Coke can, things no white woman would ever be asked in such a humiliating and embarrassing way on national TV. They wanted to shut her up and they figured by subjecting her to this treatment, she would cave in and eventually refuse to testify any longer. But she didn’t! Day after day Hill went in there and stood up to those uh… senators and became the standard bearer for the fight against sexual exploitation women had been facing in the workplace for decades. All while the senators were attacking her, Joe Biden did nothing… not a word about decorum, respect, or just plain empathy. No, Joe just sat up there laughing and joking with the rest of them. Historically, he voted no for the Thomas confirmation, but that doesn’t tell the whole story. All the Democrats voted no. Not because they essentially did not like his position on matters facing the court, but because he was black and they didn’t want another black man sitting on the high court. That’s why black America was torn. We knew what the Democrat’s real motive was. It took a while for our black leaders to spell out to us what a Thomas confirmation would mean and eventually, we got it. Clarence Thomas was an Uncle Tom of the 12th level… and there are only 4 levels… feel me? A Harvard University historian specializing in First Amendment rights once said that during his time on the bench, Thomas had done more damage, more quickly than any other justice in American history. So what is it that makes Clarence Thomas so dangerous? Thomas believes that civil rights should be applied to the “individual” rather than a group. With that kind of thinking segregated water fountains, buses, schools, and restrooms would still be legal… except for the few who “pulled themselves up by their bootstraps.” His rulings against affirmative action helped dismantle one of the primary paths blacks used to get a seat at the table… including Clarence Thomas. So I’m not going to go on about Uncle Thomas, because this piece is about President Biden, but if you want to know more, this link will take you to an excellent article. So yeah, Chairman Biden sat right in front of all those cameras on national TV and let the Republicans disrespect and harass Anita Hill over several days as he and the others on the Judiciary Committee acted as if this was a hilarious disagreement between a “buck” and his “gal”.
In our article about Bill Clinton, I wrote that no other president has done more harm to black folks since Rutherford B. Hayes agreed to the Compromise of 1877, also known as the Great Betrayal. Basically, what happened was that the North pulled the remaining federal troops from the South whose presence secured our constitutional rights. Yes, they left us down in the deep South at the mercy of some very salty and bitter poor white folks who had lost everything in the Civil War over slavery. Racist: “Gosh darn.. we got you now boy!! Hee Haw!! Hee Haw!!!” Anywho, Clinton didn’t accomplish that harm by himself when he signed the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act, also known as the 1994 Crime Bill. The bill was the brainchild of none other than Joseph Biden who wrote it. He was also warned by the NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus that the bill would be devastating to communities of color, but he ignored them. Among the initiatives put into the new crime bill were an additional 60 instances where you could be put to death under federal statutes, including carjacking. They eliminated federal grants for any inmate who wanted to attend college or any institution of higher learning. It provided $30 billion to create community policing. You might say what’s wrong with that? Nothing except down South, they were hiring cops that didn’t live in your community but were patrolling your streets.
I Got Ya’ll Now

Patrol: Hey you?? That’s right you boy!! I saw you looking across the street at that crosswalk back there…
You: Well that’s what people do, when they cross the street.
Patrol: Put your hands behind your back… I’m taking you in on suspicion!!
You: Suspicion of what? I haven’t done anything?
Patrol: Don’t make me have to shoot you nigra… I saw you looking at that bank!!
You: I wasn’t looking at no bank!!
Patrol: Get in the car nigra!!
Later…
Judge: Well what have we got here?
Patrol: I saw this one casing the bank!!
You: I wasn’t casing any…
Judge: Bail set at $10,000… Bailiff, take him back there with the rest of them…
You: Wait!! Wait!! I GOT RIGHTS… WAIT!!! ( CLANG CLANG..)
Judge: So how is your wife Patrol? I hear she got a new job.
Patrol: Yes sir Judge.. she just started at the bank this morning…
Judge: That’s good to hear!!… Next!!… Well, what have we got here?
Patrol II: I caught this one casing the Frenchies…
Judge: No!! Not the one where your wife works??!!

So yeah, community policing could be a big problem if the police were not from your community.
They moved to make federal prisoners serve 85 percent of their sentence before being eligible to be set free. There is no parole in the federal system, the other 15 percent is accrued for good behavior.
Just A Little R.E.S.P.E.C.T
Prison: Boy I didn’t hear the “S” word when you said good morning… Don’t you know if I check this little box on this piece of paper, that dime becomes 15 cents!!
Prisoner: Yass “Suh” Officer Billyclub!! Good Morning “SUH!!
Prison: Ima let you go this time… but if I hear tell of you being disrespectful again…
Prisoner: No SUH… Officer Billyclub!! No SUH!!
Prison: You know something boy? I think you gonna be a good one if we ever let you out… now git…

Yes siree, they had you by them… if you were thinking about getting out for good behavior… and to make sure everybody was on the same page… if your state agreed to house these federal prisoners for up to 85 percent of their sentence, they could get tax incentives which would allow them to expand their prison facilities.
One of the most impactful pieces of the legislation was to allot money for juvenile boot camps or what I like to call mini-prisons. So instead of alternative punishment avenues for young people such as counseling and mentoring, these camps provided a way to incarcerate our youth for minor crimes such as shoplifting and truancy. Yes, they had laws on the books where children could be locked up for truancy. The only thing these camps did for our youth was to instill a hostile attitude toward authority and create a more incentivized means for recidivism. Finally, the act provided a three-strikes penalty component. So if you had two prior felony charges, the third one would send you to jail for life.

Betcha Got A Chick On The Side…
Judge: Mr Petty, why are you back in front of my bench again? This is the third time!! Didn’t I tell you if I saw you again that it would be your very ass…!!
Petty: Yes suh your honor.. but I throw myself on the mercy on the court! I was over at my cousins’ house in Dangwell and we decided to go to the store and get a couple of sodas. We were hanging out in front of the store when this lot lizard approached us.
Judge: Lot lizard?
Petty: Yes suh.. you know, a crackhead that hangs around the parking lot harassing folks for money, cigarettes, and shat…
Judge: Go on…
Petty: Well he comes up to us and asks for a cigarette. I told him if he didn’t get his ashy-lipped, bloodshot-eyed, diseased hand off my arm, I was gonna knock the white off him!! Well, he just got more aggressive after that and I picked him up and threw him in the trash can!!
Judge: So you assaulted him?
Petty: No your honor suh… well technically I assaulted him… while he was in there he found a sandwich and when he got out he walked about ten feet from us and started eating it and crying. When I saw that I started feeling some kinda way…
Judge: So you were sad that you treated another human being like that?
Petty: Well not really for what I had done. My cousin was feeling some kinda way too because he had just peed in that trashcan.
Judge: Unbelievable!! I ought to give you…
Petty: One moment your honor… there’s more… So like I said I was feeling some kinda way and looking over at my cousin… I decided to go over to the lizard and try to make it right. I mean all he wanted was a cigarette… so I go over to him…
Lot Lizard: What do you want? I ain’t messing with you…
Petty: Look, man… you want a cigarette?
Lot Lizard: DID I ASK YOU FOR A CIGARETTE MFER!!
Petty: I’m thinking to myself… ‘I ought to stump the dirt off this lizard… by the time I finish, he gonna look like he came out of a Tide Pod factory!!’ But I composed myself and remembered I had disrespected him first and assaulted his manhood by throwing him into that trash can. So I said, ” LOOK MFER I’M NOT GIVING YOU NOTHING!! I’LL SELL YOU A CIGARETTE IF YOU WANT ONE!!
Lot Lizard: So you will sell me a cigarette?
Petty: Yeah… I’ll sell you two of them for a quarter…
Lot Lizard: Okay!
Petty: So I sell him two cigarettes and he lights one up and we start talking. He asked me where I was from and I told him I lived in Datsrite. He said he had been there before. Dangwell, where my cousin lived was just a few blocks from Datsrite although they are in different states. Then he asked me what brand of cigarettes were those I sold him. He said they tasted good and asked to see the pack. I showed him the pack… AND THAT’S WHEN IT HAPPENED!!
Lot Lizard: I GOT YOU NOW MFER!! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR INTERSTATE TRAFFICKING OF TOBACCO AND THE SALE OF NON-STATE-TAXED CIGARETTES SCUMBAG!! BY THE WAY… I HAD THAT SANDWICH IN MY POCKET ASSHOLE!! I GET THEM EVERY TIME WITH ONE!!
Petty: So you see your honor, while I was technically guilty of selling cigarettes and of assault… my heart was in the right place and I stand before you at the mercy of this court.
Judge: I see… Well, technically Ima have to give you LIFE IN PRISON FOR THOSE CIGARETTES!! THIS IS YOUR THIRD OFFENSE!! NOW TAKE THAT NIGRA AWAY!!
LATER…
Lot Lizard: He was there just like you said, Judge!
Judge: I told you I’d fix you up! Now let’s go over to Frenchies and get some of that good ole apple pie your wife makes…

Now don’t get me wrong, not all of the 1994 Crime Bill was bad for our community. In fact, some pieces of the legislation were supported overwhelmingly by blacks, like the ban on assault weapons, enhancing penalties if you committed a crime and you were part of a gang, and adding provisions to make membership in some gangs a crime. It added a violence against women provision which handed out severe penalties for crimes against women and it established the Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, which gave the states the right to track sexual predators and create public registries. These things were overwhelmingly supported by blacks but not the bill in its entirety. Although black folks wanted an end to the crime that was plaguing their neighborhoods, they wanted something different from what the crime bill offered. The calls for being tough on crime were paired with calls for more employment opportunities, quality education, and drug treatment. They were also calling for an end to police brutality. So the powers that be were engaged in selective hearing, they heard the calls for getting tougher on crime but ignored the calls for the other things black folks wanted included in the crime bill. By the time they introduced the bill, the NAACP was firmly against it, calling it a “crime against the American people.” The Black Caucus liked the idea of addressing crime but criticized the bill as being only punitive in nature. They introduced an alternative bill that included investments in prevention and alternatives to incarceration, devoted $2 billion more to drug treatment, and $3 billion more to early intervention programs. They also put forward the Racial Justice Act (RJA), which would have made it possible to use statistical evidence of racial bias to challenge death sentences. So like I said earlier, given that the powers that be were engaged in selective hearing, they only heard the voices that supported the bill while drowning out the ones that criticized it. The ones that supported the bill voices were amplified, while all the others were ignored. As far as the RJA was concerned, the Republicans said they would hang the first nigra on that chandelier up there that brought the bill to the floor… okay no they didn’t… but they did threaten to filibuster any legislation that adopted its measures… ie… the 1994 Crime Bill. So although mass incarceration didn’t start with the 1994 Biden-written crime bill, it increased the prison population by 60 percent, at a time when violent crime and murder rates were down 35 percent, with the prison ranks mostly being filled by black and brown-skinned Americans.
Yes many of us like Joe because he was a sidekick to the first black president. But for real, Joe was chosen because they wanted someone to watch Obama and make sure the boy remained respectful. When we look at Joe, we see Obama, but we don’t see that Biden was opposed to school integration, we don’t see his association with segregationist senators, and we don’t see his decades-long fight against school busing. Folks don’t see that it was Joe Biden who gave the eulogy at Rober Byrd’s funeral. Byrd was the segregationist senator for West Virginia who was also a Ku Klux Klan recruiter and reportedly a Grand Wizard. Now we are not talking about the leader of a bunch of rednecks in a barn shooting bullets at pictures of black folks wearing Afros they found in a 1965 Jet Magazine. A Grand Wizard is a national leader!! He denied it but he didn’t deny he was a recruiter. So the question begs to be asked, “Why would a US senator lead in the Senate, but would settle for being an errand boy in the Klan?” Okay? Anywho, it was Byrd who holds the record for the longest filibuster in American history. He talked for an incredible 14 hours and 13 minutes!! I mean to put it in perspective, you could go to bed for the night and when you woke up in the morning, he would still be talking! The object of his discussion was the prevention of the passing of the 1964 Civil Rights Bill! The most comprehensive civil rights legislation in the last 100 years at the time. So what did good ole Joe say about his close friend? He called him a”mentor” and a friend. Ima leave that right there and let the words speak for themselves. Obama noting the popularity of Byrd, praised him for possessing “that quintessential American quality, and that is a capacity to change, a capacity to learn, a capacity to listen, a capacity to be made more perfect.” Byrd said in his memoirs that he regretted being a member of the Klan. No, you regret being caught. There’s no way in the world you are going to tell me that Grand Wizard Byrd and Joe Biden didn’t sit around drinking whiskey sours and telling their boy to bring another one while using the “N-word” like it was the only word in the English dictionary. Hell no, you are not going to tell me that…
Et Exactam Eam… It’s Finished.

Well, that does it, folks. That’s the Hill1News series on the 45 presidents of the United States and their contributions to civil rights. We have had some surprises and some things that were unsurprising. It was a long series and I thank you for joining us in this adventure. Our final article in this series “By The Number, will be just that… the numbers. How many this and how many that… Join us next time for our final installment of “By The Numbers.” Oh yes… you want to know why Joe Biden is number 46? Well, there have been 45 men who have sat in the big chair. Grover Cleveland sat in it twice. He was our 22nd and 24th president.
Addendum: I need to correct something I stated in the previous series on Bill Clinton about the 1994 Crime Bill and its author, Joe Biden. In it, I said one of the penalties it imposed was making the sale of crack a more serious offense than selling the same amount of cocaine. “That is incorrect.” I am sorry. It was the 1986 Anti-Drug Abuse Act Of 1986 that set those penalties in place. It was signed into law by Ronald Reagan. The disparity between the selling of crack versus cocaine was 100 to 1 when the bill first came out. So if you sold 5 grams of crack, the penalty would be a minimum mandatory 5 years behind bars. You would have to sell 500 grams of cocaine for the same penalty. Under the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010, the penalty for selling crack versus cocaine was reduced to 18 to 1. Although the penalty was still more aggressive for crack, it was less severe. The law applied to anyone who faced the mandatory minimum after 2010, which resulted in a lot of people being released. However, those who were convicted under the 1986 law before 2010 were not affected, although it did provide a mechanism to request a review for early release. I would like to thank one of my friends for a post they shared that brought this subject up. We are determined to make sure you have the right information and will not hesitate to make that happen.
