As our President continues to rally his base and bask in these so called political victories, we need to remember some things. The only people calling these victories are the people that voted for him. The majority of Americans are calling those victories cuss words. Our President doesn’t have a mandate. He did not win by popular vote. The only reason he is in there is because of some antiquated level the playing field scheme the forefathers of this country came up with a few centuries ago. Representatives from states like Kentucky, Iowa, Utah, Arizona and South Carolina, make decisions that affect hundreds of millions of Americans. Grassley, the chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary is from Iowa, population 3.4 million. There are more people in some cities than in his entire state, but he holds the power to nominate and send to the senate floor a supreme court justice nominee, who will be on the bench for decades and make rulings that will affect every man, woman and child in this country. That little man, along with another little man, Mitch McConnell (R) from Kentucky, population 4.5 million, conspired in tandem to choose our associate supreme court justice. McConnell went as far as calling the demonstrators at the Capital a mob, but the Nazi’s and white supremacist in Charlottesville were some fine people. Yes, we have a right to be mad.
President Trump went from rally to rally acting more like a stand up comedian than a President. The crowds laughed and laughed as he went through his slapstick routine. “Where were you? I don’t know. How did you get there? I don’t know. Was it upstairs, downstairs? I don’t know. But you only had one beer.” Man, they were just having a ball. There was more broken teeth and runny mascara, than at an English soccer game. It looked like there were some pretty nice sized crowds too. I’m not going to speculate, only to say that if he had a crowd of 3000 and lets say that 1000 were woman, than I wondered if they would have laughed as much if they knew 167 of them would be raped or be the victim of attempted rape in their lifetime. I wonder how many of those 2000 men would be laughing if they knew 61 of them would be bent over somewhere, someday. Yep, men get raped too bud. I guess we wouldn’t hear that much laughing then. I don’t know how many times Iv’e heard about the 3.9 unemployment rate today. It must have been a lot because I did not have to look it up. The lowest unemployment rate in decades. Something else I didn’t have to look up either. When the president’s press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders had to apologize for lying the American people when she stated that the President was responsible for the historic rise in employment for the African American community. “When President Obama left after eight years in office — eight years in office — he had only created 195,000 jobs for African Americans,” Sanders told reporters. “President Trump in his first year and a half has already tripled what President Obama did in eight years.” Well that went straight to liar, liar, pants on fire. According to official statistics, black employment in the United States increased by nearly 3 million jobs from January 2009 through January 2017. From January 2017 through July of this year, black employment has increased by about 700,000 jobs. The whole leveling off of the unemployment rate started during the Obama years. I know they are glad of that, because in a couple of months some of them will be looking for another job.
And why isn’t anybody talking about the deficit. I know they remembered they borrowed 1.5 trillion dollars a few months ago. The national debt now stands at 17 trillion dollars. Each taxpayer now has a federal debt liability of 1.1 million dollars. I guess you not talking about the tax cut no more because they wouldn’t put that 18 billion in it for that wall you promised your supporters. I see you are also leaving out anything about health care on your rally speeches. They stop laughing when you started fudging with that. When Joe “You Lie” Wilson went to peddle your health plan to his constituents, they ran his azz outta there saying to him the same thing he said to Obama, “you lie!!” They mad as hell you didn’t get the Nobel, because you set down with our arch enemy for a photo op. Your people are some kinda stupid, I mean loyal. Some of them was on that demilitarize zone in Korea, eating 20 year old rations, getting their azz shot off, the rest of them coming back to America so that you can cut VA benefits and leave them dying it the streets. But you know something, they loyal as hell and don’t might a good joke, as long as its not about healthcare.
So you see their game is all smoke and mirrors. When you see them touting their successes, they are just trying to hold on to what they got. I haven’t even scratch the surface in this article. If the House falls this November 6th… no when the House falls this November 6th, we will be the people laughing.
