The Skinhead Lesbian And Bald-Faced Liar.

Leslie Gibson, a Republican candidate for the state House in Maine, decided it was okay to attack children who want to be safe while they attend school, by calling Emma Gonzalez, a survivor of the February 14 Florida school shooting, a “skinhead lesbian” and David Hogg a “bald-faced liar.” Gibson goes on to say, “There is nothing about this skinhead lesbian that impresses me and there is nothing that she has to say unless you’re frothing at the mouth moonbat.”He also called Hogg a “moron” and accused him of lying after the student said NRA spokeswoman Dana Loesch “owns” members of Congress. “Hogg doesn’t get a pass when he blatantly lies.” Gibson is running unopposed for the state seat, but there is a growing push to have someone stand against the tasteless  candidate. Pat Fogg, a Democratic organizer in the town of Greene, Maine, said, “That sort of stupidity really turns people off.” Matt Moonen, executive director of LGBTQ advocacy group Equality Maine, slammed Gibson’s comments, calling them “deeply out of touch with the people of Maine.”

Gibson apologized, “I would like to extend to you my most sincere apology for how I addressed you. It was wrong and unacceptable. You are doing work that is important to you. I would like to extend my hand in friendship and understanding to you. I am very passionate about protecting our constitutional rights from those who seek their elimination. It was not appropriate to single out the Parkland students, but I stand firm in my defense of our constitutional rights.” I just want to know how are you protecting our constitutional rights by attacking our children and calling them names. GTFOH.. The filing deadline for Democrats and Republicans in Maine is Thursday, March 15, and you only need 25 signatures to get on the ballot. Independent candidates can file by June 1 and must get at least 50 signatures. Maine, we are not asking you to make a stand on this gun issue right now, but please take a stand against giving this bully the right to make laws over our children. Run for this seat!!
