Thoughts And Prayers

Racist white nationalist terrorist or their mentally ill friends are killing Americans by the thousands and something has got to be done about it. A mass shooting is defined as killing 4 people or more. Now, I believe they use such a low threshold to define a mass murder so no one can say only white nationalist or their mentally ill friends are committing all the mass murders. Don’t get me wrong, even one murder is too many, but I’m just saying. If you move the threshold up to say 6, then white nationalist or their mentally ill friends will be responsible for 99 percent of the mass murders committed in America. Racism is alive and well, even in the federal bureaus which are supposed to be here to protect us and tell us the truth about who is doing the killing. It took countless lives and demonstrations by hundreds of thousands of people before they would they would even label it. They call it domestic terrorism.

Domestic terrorism or homegrown terrorism is a form of terrorism in which victims “within a country are targeted by a perpetrator with the same citizenship” as the victims. The United States Department of State defined terrorism in 2003 as “premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents, usually intended to influence an audience.” – Wikipedia

Now in that description above, do you see anything remotely describing a racist white nationalist blowing up people because of the color of their skin.? Do you see anything that says something about race? Then why is the federal government charging them with domestic terrorism instead of charging them with depriving citizens of their civil rights? Aren’t civil rights laws made to protect people of color from racist people? It is, but the law is flawed. In order to be charged under the civil rights statue, two or more racist have to participate. “One” racist could kill every person of color in the United States and they could not be charged with any civil right violations. Before last year, a racist could lynch any person of color and it would not be considered violating a person’s of color civil rights, even though that was the preferred method of execution by the Klu Klux Klan.

Federal Civil Rights Statutes – Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights – “This statute makes it unlawful to willfully cause bodily injury—or attempting to do so with fire, firearm, or other dangerous weapon—when 1) the crime was committed because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin of any person, or 2) the crime was committed because of the actual or perceived religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability of any person and the crime affected interstate or foreign commerce or occurred within federal special maritime and territorial jurisdiction.”

***Explanation of Title 18, USC., Section 241. (1) It’s against the law to beat someone up because of their color. (2) Its against the law to beat up a person of color because they won’t pick your cotton. It’s against the law to beat up a person of color on your boat in waters controlled by the United States. Its against the law to plant cotton in American Samoa and beat up a person of color there.

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.

***Explanation of Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 – Conspiracy Against Rights – In order to be in compliance with this federal law, You cannot get your friend Sefus to help you murder or beat up a person of color. He can watch, but it is illegal for him to handle any rope, gun, torch, whip or chain.

In this era of racist white nationalism, all of us are coming to the realization that we can be killed, any of us, at any time and any place, at the whim of a ” domestic terrorist, ” trying to kill people because of the color of their skin. That’s right.. all my white brother and sisters in favor of being shot to death with an automatic military style assault machine gun for the domestic terrorist racist agenda, raise your hand. Its been put forward that these racist are reacting to the fact that this is the last generation that white males will represent the majority of American population. In addition they are not enjoying the benefits their grandparents enjoyed, like a family, a house and good job. They feeling some kinda of way and want to blame it on the people of color. After a few decades of dumbing a lot of them down, it’s hard for racist to accept or “understand” the fact that the “government that they put in place over the many years” has mortgaged not only their future, but all of ours. I’m afraid they sold the pedestal you was supposed to be standing on.

Now, I want to address some of the comments concerning what happens when a black man has been apprehended as opposed to what happened when this racist killed a whole lot of people and was apprehended. Well 99% of the time you are right, but El Paso is 95 % Latino, those were not white officers. That’s why he is still alive. They wanted him alive. If this would have happened in say Houston, they would have shot him so many times, there wouldn’t have been enough left of him to read about. So that’s one thing. The other thing is that he is going to spend the next few weeks in an El Paso jail, full of the people he hated and was out there killing. He ain’t got no friends in El Paso and especially in the El Paso jail where 95% of the inmates are also Latino. They yanked him out that car and took him straight to processing. Afterwards, they perped walk him down the middle of the aisle in the cell block, all the while the Latino inmates begging the police to put him in their cell. They all know what he did because the police told them. They take him to the cell on the end and put him in there by himself. An 1/2 hour later they come and get him. He looks a little shaken. While he is waiting for his interrogation, he overhears some cops talking about they are running out of space and are going to have to double up tonight. Once in interrogation they don’t play the good cop, bad cop role. The racist soon discovers he is in a room full of bad cops. They tell him, “You gonna talk and tell us everything we want to know @!!## or we gonna put you back there with them and we going home for the night. Now, earlier I said there were no good cops in the good cop/bad cop senerio as far as the El Paso Sheriff Office was concerned. However, you could call the Feds, the good cops. After El Paso finishes with him, they come in and say, look if you plead guilty to these federal charges, then we could probably put you in federal custody and take you some place where you will be safe. They literally got him by both of them. Shortly after his capture, CNN reported he was cooperating with the authorities.

The same scenario would not have played out in Ohio, where in the city of Dayton, six of the nine victims killed were black. Here if the racist shooter had lived, he would have been in a more secure position being surrounded by other white inmates and police officers. As far as recent reports, the Dayton killer did not have any racial or political motives. In fact one of his victims was his sister. So this was probably some type of domestic dispute. Authorities did say his social media pointed to his fascination with killing people. Still, six black people murdered out of nine people, by a crazed white assailant dress in military attire with armour? I’m sure we haven’t gotten to the bottom of this barrel yet.

Today the President came on TV and for the first time said the words” white nationalist terrorism.” Well it looked like him, anyway, I agree with Pamela Harris when she sad “his words are empty.” I agree with President Obama when he says, “We should soundly reject language coming out of the mouths of any of our leaders that feeds a climate of fear and hatred or normalizes racist sentiments; leaders who demonize those who don’t look like us, or suggest that other people, including immigrants, threaten our way of life, or refer to other people as sub-human, or imply that America belongs to just one certain type of people.” I join with other Americans who asks Kentuckians to recall McConnell and remove the man that defies the will of the American people. We know you don’t like him so help a brother out.

I have been watching our representatives and seeing what action they will take in the wake of these latest massacres. They haven’t done anything except the usual. They have decried white nationalism and terrorism. The President has promised some type of legislation. Comrade Mitch said he is giving the Senate time to think about it. They are going to improve background checks and make sure guns don’t get into the wrong hands, and oh yeah, someone is going to see if there is a correlation between videogames and violence. But you know something? They hear us, but they just don’t care. Out of two days of watching them, I didn’t hear one person send their thoughts and prayers…
