You ever encounter a situation where you want to just grab some “motherf$#s” by their necks and just shake them while hollering what the “#@$!!” is wrong with you? That happened to me today. Last July, these dudes laughed as Jamel Dunn, 31, struggled to stay afloat in a pond near his family’s home in Cocoa, Florida. In fact they taunted him while he was drowning. The guys laughed and smoked weed as they recorded the victim’s final moments and posted the video on YouTube. The Cocoa Police Department had recommended to the state attorney’s office that the group face charges of failure to report a death. However the state attorney’s office announced that the group will not be criminally prosecuted. A spokesman for the SA said, ” There is no Florida law that requires a person to provide emergency assistance under the facts of this case.” You know something, black people are arrested for barbecuing, sitting in Starbucks, driving down the street, selling cigarettes, speaking to white woman, going to pool party’s, shopping in the store, entering their own home’s, sleeping in a dormitory and just about anything you can imagine. But they can’t find not one law these fools broke which resulted in a man’s death, while they smoked weed, video taped it while laughing and then uploaded it to social media so others could see it. Somebody needs to be charged with something. We live in a time when a gang of police can kick the living crap out of you and charge you with assault, protect your home from burglar’s and be charged with murder because you shot them coming thru the window… you can even sue somebody if the coffee is too hot. How the hell can this happen. I guess only when black live don’t matter, not even to black people.
