Who’s Girlfriend Is That?

Henry Bolton’s girlfriend stunned the world, with her unabashed racism. Normally, I wouldn’t bat at eye at this type of story, I figure another day another racist. But what makes this story news, is that her boyfriend is the leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP), a right-wing populist political party in the United Kingdom, sorta like our Tea Party here. His girlfriend, Jo Marney, allegedly texted a friend, ” Black people were ugly and Prince Harry’s fiancee would “taint” the Royal Family.” But wait, Ms Marney revels in her racism reportedly saying,” This is Britain, not Africa, and replying to an assertion that she was racist with “lol so what.” Heard enough, well go to the next article because Ms Marney is not finished. “Markle has a tiny brain and she would never have sex with a negro.” Meghan Markle who is bi-racial, is engaged to Prince Harry. Oh yes, I forgot, “She’s a black American. Pushing their way to the top slowly slowly. Next will be a Muslim PM and a black king.” UKIP leader, OBE Henry Bolton is under red hot fire. Members of the Parliament are asking for him to immediate step down. Mr Bolton said their romance was “obviously quite incompatible” with his leader role but he had no intention to quit. So if he was not a leader, I guess it would be ok? Mr Bolton said his relationship with the 25 yr old model is over. This is not Ms. Marney’s first time in the lime light. I’m not sure if you have heard of “Grenfell Towers,” but in June of last year the 24-story  public housing apartments in North Kensington, West London caught fire. It caused 71 deaths and over 70 injuries. Ms Marney replied to the catastrophe by saying, “That entire tower was a nest of illegal immigrants of all varieties. That’s why they can’t identify most of them. Meanwhile, British families wait on the Council Housing list for years.” Mr Bolton is married, but is not living with his wife. “We are still married, we are not legally separated at all… I have tremendous respect for my wife. She is an outstanding mother to our children but we have had difficulties.” As for Ms Marney, she issued the following statement, “I’m absolutely devastated by the messages that I’ve sent and the distress I’ve caused by those messages. They were unnecessary, they were reckless, they were overly exaggerated purely for effect.”
