Convicted child molester and child porn fiend Larry Nasser was attacked by the father of one of his victims in open court today. The disgraced doctor was the USA Gymnastics national team doctor and an osteopathic physician at Michigan State University. In July 2017, Nassar was sentenced to 60 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. On January 24, 2018, Nassar was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in a state prison in Michigan after pleading guilty to the sexual assault of minors.
He will serve the federal and state sentences consecutively, meaning after he finishes with the Feds, he will be transferred to state prison, where he will have to do at least 40 years out of 175 years. Accused of sexual assault as far back as 2000, it wasn’t until Olympic gold medalist McKayla Maroney, using the #MeToo hashtag on Twitter, stated that Nassar repeatedly molested her, starting when she was 13 years old, did the fiends dirty deeds began to come to light. Ultimately, he was charged with 22 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with minors. More than 265 girls had come forward with sexual misconduct allegations. Following Nassar’s conviction, at least 150 federal and state civil lawsuits have been filed against Lawrence Nassar, Michigan State University, The U.S. Olympic Committee, U.S.A. Gymnastics, and the Twistars Gymnastics Club. The entire 18-member board of U.S.A. Gymnastics have tendered their resignations. MSU President Lou Anna Simon has resigned along with the MSU Director of Athletics.
Before rushing to the table where Nassar was sitting, Randall Margraves had asked to have “five minutes in a locked room with that demon”. Of course the judge refused his request. Mr Margraves then asked the judge for just one minute. The judge also refused that request. The bereaved father then said something about, “well I will just have to.. ,” and bolted for Nassar. Randall Margraves had to be restrained by three court security officers. “I want that son of a bitch! What if this happened to you guys?” Mr. Margraves was escorted from the court room, ending the last day of victims statements.
