As you all know by now, Kyle Rittenhouse was declared not guilty in the shooting death of two men and the critical injuring of another man, by a jury of his peers. In an article I wrote last week I gave it a 50/50 chance he would walk. I based my guess on the fact that the people killed were not allowed by the judge to be called victims. According to legal experts it is not uncommon for a judge to make this ruling. Since when? I’m going to step out on a ledge and say it was sometime after 2016 when you know who padded the judiciary with his arrogant sycophants. I don’t want to keep beating a drum over this because its been decided and it’s up to the people of Kenosha to figure out what they want to do about the verdict. I would start with getting rid of the prosecutor. He wasn’t getting any death threats… You see me.. I’m kinda of funny like that… I need to know he’s getting death threats to know if he is doing his job… If I would have been the prosecutor, I would have been getting death threats on the first #@@! day…. Me: (Talking to reporters.)We gonna let that boy come heh and kill our people and then go back home with a pile of money and be mo famous den Elvis Presley!! I see’d him watching BET in the conference room yesterday and he was looking at some sexual stuff!! ” Racist: (Later that night..)You black heathen… drop the charges now, if you know what’s good for you… Ima kill you and then Ima kill your family… including yo dog and goldfish!!” Me: Well can you do it after I finish watching the Jeffersons and eating my Popeyes chicken samish…” You know you are doing something right when they start that ish… somebody gotta die!! Death threats mean “You pushing..” Racist use the term when they are aggravated.. Ex. Blackman: “Bo do you mind if I take yo mamma out to the hoochie club tonight?” Bo: You keep pushing…!!” Anywho, so now we are waiting for the second shoe to drop in the Ahmaud Arbery case. I’m giving the prosecution an eighty percent chance of winning that one. As I said before.. time will tell.

I have been on this musical thing for a couple of weeks.. so pray for me… They don’t like you fooling around wit dey heritage…. I don’t see you laughing…” Anywho.. if it goes down like that.. all I got to say is “As-salamu alaykum..” Since “X” is taken.. you can call me “Jay Y,” not to be confused with KY… as a matter of fact I’m getting an anxiety attack….let just go with Jay Q … we gonna stay away from that KY stuff…” Lets get at it… By the way, as an aside.. the two men accused of killing Malcolm X have been exonerated. One died in prison and the other one is 86 years old. I will probably do an article about this… not to tell my age, but I was alive during the time of Malcolm X and he was a giant to us. Anywho, I don’t want to misdirect my readers when I talk about the land of cotton. Generally speaking Dixie is comprised of all the Confederate States. I just think of Dixie when I think about the 16th Street Baptist Church bombing in Birmingham, Alabama in 1963, and the killing of Emmett Till in Money, Mississippi in 1955. I guess this bring us to the nexus in our article.. the killing of Ahmaud Arbery in Brunswick, Georgia in 2020. Alabama, Mississippi and now Georgia pretty much summed up my view of Dixie anyway. So when the story first came upon my radar, the head prosecutor was ucking… wait a minute… did I say ucking.. I mean was having an alleged affair with one of the men accused of shooting Arbery dead. Jackie Johnson, the District Attorney, was subsequently indicted on a felony charge of violating her oath of office and a misdemeanor count of obstructing police. Jackie: “Drop it like it’s hot!! Drop it like its hot!!” McMichael: “How much time Ima get..” Jackie: “Time for what???” McMichael: “You know..” Jackie: “Drop it like it’s hot!! Drop it like its hot!!” Maybe I should stop insinuating what was going on under the sheets, but according to reports she discouraged police from making an arrest and that one of the defendants worked “under” her until his retirement a couple years ago. In the indictment the words “favor and affection” were used in describing Johnson’s sentiment towards Greg McMichael who was Travis McMichael’s father. Both men along with William “Roddie” Bryan are on trial for the killing on Arbery. Travis McMichael is the one who actually pulled the trigger. We will go into why he killed Arbery in our next segment.
They All Look Alike
Black people have always known that to others we all look alike, especially in law enforcement circles. I mean if a black is suspected of a crime, the all points bulletin looks like, “Be on the lookout for a Negro… He is describe as having two arms and two legs. He is average height with short curly long hair or no hair and a tattoo somewhere. All Negro’s are dangerous but this one is especially dangerous. Use extreme caution because they carry guns.. all of them. Do not approach but call the police tip line immediately at 1 800 TEL-KAREN... Your tip will remain anonymous as we usually shoot them anyway.… So yeah, something like that went down on the evening of August 23, 2020. Ahmaud Arbery was jogging in a neighborhood near Brunswick in Glynn County when three men rode up on him in a pickup truck and a car. According to witnesses at the trial, the neighborhood had been the recent scene of a flurry of home and car break-ins. As far as the McMichael’s and Bryan were concerned, Arbery fit the description. So even though the men testified the neighborhood was experiencing these break-ins, in court the police said they had not received any reports of any break-ins in that neighborhood. Greg McMichael testified that Arbery looked like the person suspected in the break-ins. On the day of the killing the the son and father geared up with a sawed off shotgun and a pistol. When they spotted Arbery, they told him to “Stop!! Stop!! We want to talk to you.” I guess he was afraid for his life (Arbery), and tried to get past the truck when they suddenly tried to physically restrain him. The son, Travis jumped out the truck and acted like he was bout it, bout it.. “Hold my beer dad, Ima hop out this truck and kick a little black ass first.. “ His father probably said something like… ” Okay son but don’t hurt him, because we still have to haul his ass down to the jail and I don’t want no blood in da back of my Ford F10 pick up truck… made in da U.S of A…” Meanwhile Bryan is licking his lips because he’s about to take a viral video of a negra getting a Class 1 ass whipping from a big strong white man in Georgia with a rebel flag in the rear window of his F10 pick up truck.. and he gonna make thousands off it… But when Abery started whoopin that ass and his father realized that was his sons private parts Arbery was throwing on the road in front of the truck… his father said “OMG!!” Subsequently Travis was able to get away from that whooping long enough to grab his gun.. “Gawd… please let me get to that gun… Ima have to shoot this @##!.” Bryan seeing what happened realized he couldn’t show this shat to anybody “That nigra almost killed him!!” and kept the recording hidden from the authorities for almost three months. Eventually greed got a hold of him and he gave the recording to a local news outlet. I mean people will pay to see an arrogant white boy get his ass whipped too. They released it, it went viral and the rest is history. Little did Bryan realize when he released the tape that he would be charged also. So the unheeded lesson that all black folks know, was not adhered to in this case. When you see a black man jogging in a suburban good old boy Georgia neighborhood full of pretty young white women, you got to figure one of two things.. that brother on da FBI Most Wanted list and ain’t afraid to put a couple in yo dome or two.. he winding down after a world heavyweight boxing match he won last night…. looks like he was winding down Travis…
Desperate Times Call For Desperate Measures
Desperate times call for desperate measures is a term which is widely accredited to Hippocrates, also known as the “Father Of Medicine.” So I don’t want to get off the subject but frfr everyone knows the Greeks went to Africa and studied under their teachers.. took it back to Greece and then said they discovered sumpin like Columbus did. I just wanted to get that out the way first.. anywho… so yeah, desperate times call for desperate measures in the fact that the defense for the McMichael’s said, “You know something… there’s be nigra preachers in here judge..” A few days before the defense rested its case the McMichael’s attorney objected to Reverend Jesse Jackson and Reverend Al Sharpton being in the courtroom. So the attorneys main objection was that the presence of such high profile pastors could sway the jury’s minds;
“But if we’re going to start a precedent, starting yesterday, where we’re going to bring high-profile members of the African American community into the courtroom to sit with the family during the trial in the presence of the jury, I believe that’s intimidating and it’s an attempt to pressure — could be consciously or unconsciously — an attempt to pressure or influence the jury. Sharpton doesn’t have a church in Glynn County, Georgia, where the trial is being held, “and never has. We have school board members, we have county commissioners, we have all kinds of pastors in this town. Over 100. And the idea that we’re going to be serially bringing these people in to sit with the victim’s family, one after another, obviously there’s only so many pastors they can have and if their pastor right now is Al Sharpton, that’s fine. Then that’s it. We don’t want any more Black pastors coming in here … trying to influence the jury in this case.” – Kevin Gough, Defense Attorney For Greg Travis
Of course Big Al (Razor Lips) Sharpton came back and shredded him like cheese in macaroni..
“The arrogant insensitivity of attorney Kevin Gough in asking a judge to bar me or any minister of the family’s choice underscores the disregard for the value of the human life lost and the grieving of a family in need spiritual and community support. This is pouring salt into their wounds. I respect the defense attorney doing his job but this is beyond defending your client, it is insulting the family of the victim. Despite the fact this country was able to grow to the point of electing and re-electing a Black president, grow to the point of electing now a Black woman vice president, you still can’t jog through Brunswick, Georgia.” – Reverend Al Sharpton
Not unless you a fighter or on the FBI Ten Most Wanted list.. Anywho, I find it arrogant that a man who padded the jury with eleven white juror’s, would open his mouth and say somebody trying to sway the decision of the outcome of the case. I guess Arbery was the only blackman in Glynn County… So at the time of this writing the prosecution and defense have rested their case. All that’s left is the jury instruction and the verdict. We have seen how one man has walked away from the killing of other human beings who were in protest of the treatment of Black Americans. This is another test on whether as Dr Martin Luther KIng said, “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” This is another test America… though the houses may be different… it’s the same neighborhood.
