Noelani Robinson Trial Starts

In March of this year I did a story on Noelani Robinson. Noelani was “allegedly” killed by her father and then dumped on the side of a dirt road wrapped in a filthy blanket. Her father Dariaz Higgins was also suspected in the killing of Noelani mother, Sierra Robinson, and the wounding of another woman at an apartment in Milwaukee. After an intense manhunt Higgins was caught in the company of another woman named Deloise Lipsey. That’s her in the picture. According to Lipsey, “He said he was getting rid of trash. I had no idea he was throwing the body of his two year old daughter on the side of the road.” Now… they had been riding around with a dead body in the trunk of a car for 4 days in the hot Arizona sun, she knew he was wanted in connection with the disappearance of Noelani, a suspect in the murder of her mother and the shooting of another woman… but somehow she didn’t connect the dots? Well damn… I bet you knew what was going to happen on the next episode of Power… $#@@! please. Lipsey was charged with harboring a fugitive and at the time was released on a $3000 signature bond. She has since been bound, meaning re-arrested and was charged with two additional counts of theft of movable property from a corpse/pearson, as party to a crime. So theft of movable property from a corpse and you notice I said corpse because I don’t see her taking jewelry or electronics from a murdering child killing thug like Higgins, means she might have taken something like the earrings or necklace from that dead baby’s body. Now the authorities did not say what was taken and yep you’re right… I’m trying to make this woman look as evil as possible. She can go to hell. According to reports she plead guilty to one of those counts of theft and will be sentenced on Nov 13 for that crime. So prosecutors said she was with Higgins “before and after” the fatal shooting of Sierra Robinson and still faces one count of harboring/aiding a felon. Lipsey will have to go back to court and get a piece of hard cake for that crime too. Hard cake is that leftover dried out cake that’s been in that cardboard box sitting on the counter for the last three days that nobody wants. May God have not one iota of mercy on her miserable soul.

Now I would like all my readers to join us in a literary sense, as we surgically remove them from Higgins. Nurse.. some string and my scalpel… no make that a rusty knife. We all hate baby killers no matter what color they are. It is about one of the most evilest crimes I can imagine, but when a black parent kills their child, its like something in all black folks dies. No nurse, no anesthesia… When I was growing up, you could count on your fingers the number of black baby killers over the decades when I was a young man. Nowadays just about every few months a black parent kills their child or in some cases their children, over some of the most pettiest things you can imagine and it’s usually about somebody hating the other one so much, that they figure the only way to make the other one suffer is to kill the baby. Nurse.. forget about the string and the knife, we just gonna rip them off. To begin with, Higgins has not been charged in Noelani death. He has been charged with the murder of his child’s mother, Sierra Robinson and with the shooting of another woman. Now although this happened in April, I’m sure most of us have not heard the details of his first court appearance. The news cycle of children being killed by their parents in America is shorter than a New York minute, and for black children being killed by their parents… what clock? So for many of us following this crime, the updates were far and few inbetween. In April of 2019, Higgins was brought into court with handcuffs and leg irons, strapped into a wheelchair equipped with a shocking device. Now if they tested it on him while in transit to the courthouse, I couldn’t say. But if you look at the photos they released of him in court, that dude looked like he had drunk a case of Red Bull Premium Gold that somebody had left on an old car battery.

His lawyer was furious that they brought him in court that way, saying he is presumed innocent and has been civil, respectful and gracious in his two attorney-client meetings. Now, being a black man, knowing how the police often lie on black suspects, taking into account the crime which this killer has been charged with and seeing that the accused is a young African American man… I say they should be awarded a medal for bringing in such a dangerous @##!!. If they had put a black hood over his head before they brought him in, I would have pinned the @##! on their chest myself. I hate baby killers.. especially black people, killing black babies. So according to the sheriff’s office Higgins has not been so respectful at the jail. “As long as he acts appropriately in here, he won’t have to worry about getting shocked,” said Milwaukee County Court Commissioner Barry Phillips.

Now Higgins has not been charged in Noelani’s death yet, but the charges he faces for Sierra Robinson murder is first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. As an added bonus, while he was killing his daughters mother, he indiscriminately shot out another African Americans window and prosecutors added an additional charge of attempted first-degree intentional homicide to the original counts. Bingo!! It’s going to be difficult to prove that he killed Noelani, especially since no one has come forth as a witness. Probably no one will answer to justice for the brutal murder of this two year old baby thrown on the highway in a filthy blanket, but they got him on the murder of the child’s mother. In my last article about this crime I reported, “Capital punishment in Wisconsin was abolished in 1853. Wisconsin was one of the earliest United States states to abolish the death penalty, and is the only state that has performed only one execution in its history. Intentional homicide is considered a Class A felony in Wisconsin. If you are convicted under the charge of first-degree intentional homicide, then you will receive a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment. For second degree intentional homicide, the minimum penalty is sixty years in a state prison.”
