September Drop Award

As Mary Poppins use to say, “Supercalitalkingsh!tgottoalwaysbeboutus.” Alright, she didn’t say that but she should’ve. This month’s Drop award goes to Heather Patton. Patton was caught on film (25 pts) at the CVS in Eagle Rock, California talking about if killing “nig–ers” was legal, she would kill all of us.” That’s right, she said it, she meant it and was there to represent it!! Now so you don’t think I am kidding, here are her exact words as reported by several other news organizations. “If the law didn’t say I couldn’t kill all the … they’d all be dead.” Now evidently nobody did anything to Heather’s collard greens to set her off. Witnesses say the tirade was unprovoked. She just came out and started yelling ” Nig–er this and Nig-er that.

Her neighbor Tony said the unseasoned racist has a history of using derogatory racial slurs and routinely threatens to cause bodily harm on anything darker than milk with extra cream. It was rumored that she once dragged the hostess out of a party she was attending and threatened to beat her a** for offering her a chocolate chip cookie. Okay.. I made that up. Anywho, according to Tony, who is Italian, she once told him “You don’t belong here, go back to your own country!” Now just cause I ain’t seen one, it don’t mean there are no Afro-Italians, but I don’t think this is the case. Now far be it from me to endorse anything the President has said, but in this instance I’m going to have to use some terminology he once used. “That broad is bat sh*t crazy.”

Tony also said he had to recently install security cameras after his truck was vandalized. Now he didn’t say it, and I’m not saying it, but I know we are all thinking it. Heather worked as a Hollywood costume designer. She allegedly designed the Klan robes in the blockbuster movie, “Hang Em By Da Feet.” I really need to stop that… I’m just kidding.. she worked on costumes for the NBC series “Medium.” Before landing her gig with NBC, unconfirmed sources said she served a short stint as sales manager for “Longer Ropes.” She is credited with coming up with the company slogan, “If Our Ropes Aren’t Long Enough, We Sale Guns Too.” Alright, I’ll stop.. I have only touched on what is in the whole messy video. The things Heather said made Supreme Court Justice James McReynolds blush.

“On the rare occasions when a woman argued a case before McReynolds’s Court, the justice would exclaim “I see the female is here” and walk out of the Courtroom. When Charles Hamilton Houston, the Harvard-educated black attorney who mentored future Justice Thurgood Marshall as Dean of the Howard Law School, argued before the Supreme Court in 1938, McReynolds turned his back on the Courtroom to signal his disapproval. McReynolds once warned one of his law clerks, who had grown close with Harry Parker, (Parker was the judge’s servant) that the clerk “seem[ed] to forget that [Parker] is a negro.” He advised the clerk to “think of my wishes in this matter in your future relations with the darkies.” – Thinkprogress.org

Anywho let’s get back to Heather’s racist meltdown. The police were called and they are considering charging her with a hate crime. After the high wore off, it became clear to her that she could be charged with California’s hate crime statutes, beginning with Penal Code 422.55 PC, which imposes severe, additional punishment for harming, threatening or harassing someone because of the person’s race or ethnicity. Seven years behind bars with Othena The Black, leader of “The White Man Put Me In Here Crew,” ain’t nuttin like the set of Medium where ya’ll sitting around drinking Latte’s. That’s going to be somebody’s opposite of front that starts with an “a.” In addition Heather has received two restraining orders by her neighbors whom she allegedly harassed. One neighbor told the station that she “has a long history of erratic, unstable behavior and making violent threats.”

Anyway, let’s take a look at Heather Patton’s crime.

Now just to be fair Heather did apologize and ask that we rekindle the love, saying:

“I hope as the world knows we as human beings have all made mistakes and gratefully regretted them later in life. I as a human being made the choice to let words come out of my mouth that I should have never let come out my mouth. I will no longer ask for forgiveness because what I did as a human was very inhumane and disgusting. African Americans helped build this very country that I am living in and I hate that I have insulted millions of them. I have lost my job on which I totally agree on as well as for the reasons I have been let go. Please allow me to rekindle the love we shall all share amongst each other.” HP

Short answer… F$#@!!&^ no… you violated!!!!
