20 Years!!! What???

UPDATE: It was last year around this time when a spate of nasty @!!#$’s thought it was funny to start tampering with the food they sale in the grocery stores. The main item of their attention was ice cream. Well it all started with a young lady in Lubbock, Texas. They dubbed her the Lufkin Licker. She went into a Walmart and pulled out a tub of Blue Bell Ice Cream and licked it.. I mean “LICKED IT!!” Then at the urging of her nasty boyfriend she put it back. Now you do something nasty like that.. but do you video tape it and put it on social media? Well these two did. The act spawned copycat lickers all over the United States. Something had to be done.. and there was talk of giving this child twenty years. So after the lickers saw there was a chance they might be licking license plates they stopped the foolishness. Anyway these two were caught. Her boyfriend D’Adrien Anderson 24,was sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and $1,565 in restitution to Blue Bell Creameries, which had to replace all of its products in the freezer. He was lead to the hoosegow right after sentencing. As for his girlfriend.. well she was a minor and her disposition is unknown. But I’m pretty sure her and her boyfriend have both been barred from Walmart and a tub of ice cream is last thing they ever want t o see again.

So you remember I told you about how the act spawned copycats? Let me introduce you to 36-year-old Lenise Lloyd Martin III.

Now this brain surgeon thought he would get his 15 minutes of fame by faking that he was licking some ice cream. Yep, Lenise thought he would get around the that 20 year rock by buying the ice cream first and then act like he was tampering with it. So when he posted his video and they found him, he showed them the receipt that he had bought the ice cream. They smacked it out his hand and told him to spread it… okay they didn’t smack it out his hands but they did arrest him. He was booked on posting criminal activity for notoriety and publicity, and 1 count of criminal mischief for tampering with property. Both charges carry up to 6 months and a $500 fine in Louisiana. By the way D’Adrien and his underage girlfriend also paid for the ice cream in their video after taping the disgusting display. So when I wrote the story they were talking about D’Adrien girlfriend facing 20 years. Check below to see our report…

20 Years!!! What???

Now I will be the first to tell you, what that teenager did was some very nasty @!!#$/. But I want to remind you that premium ice cream’s seal their products so that you know if its been tampered with. I’m not trying to mitigate the seriousness of the nasty @##!$ she did, but I’m just saying… I wanna take you back to 1982, some 37 years ago. Before that time there was no such thing as tamper proof products. After “Razor Rebe,” cut “Cheating Chester,” for having an unbuttoned collar and seeing an empty whiskey bottle on the curb across the street from his car, Chester could run into the pharmacy and open up the Band Aids in aisle 3 in about two seconds before he lost consciousness. Now you almost have to have a college degree to get into some of this stuff.

Anywho, it was in 1982 that the Chicago Tylenol poisoning occurred. The victims had all taken Tylenol-branded acetaminophen capsules that had been laced with potassium cyanide.  A total of seven people died in the original poisonings, with several more deaths in subsequent copycat crimes. No one was ever charged in the killings. However one dude named  James William Lewis was thought to be behind it. They didn’t charge him with murder, but they got him for extortion. He tried to get the makers of Tylenol to give him seven zero’s to call it off. Well it didn’t work out for James. The Feds called his seven zero’s and raised him 12 years. He was released from prison in 1995.

Before I continue, let’s take a look at the nasty #@@!$ the teenager has been charged with.

AS you can see, this type of behavior can quickly get out of hand. But if I was them, I would go back to eating Tide Pods. You don’t wanna @##! with tampering with the American food supply.

18 U.S. Code § 1365.Tampering with consumer products

(1) in the case of an attempt, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;

(2) if death of an individual results, be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both;

(3) if serious bodily injury to any individual results, be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both;

(b)Whoever, with intent to cause serious injury to the business of any person, taints any consumer product or renders materially false or misleading the labeling of, or container for, a consumer product, if such consumer product affects interstate or foreign commerce, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(c) (1)Whoever knowingly communicates false information that a consumer product has been tainted, if such product or the results of such communication affect interstate or foreign commerce, and if such tainting, had it occurred, would create a risk of death or bodily injury to another person, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

It goes on and on too… They will have liquor stores on Mars before you get out. You can read the rest here…

Anywho, twenty years is scandalous when we look at recent episodes of tampering when it comes to white tampering. Yeah, I’m bringing it up. Who can ever forget Brianna Brochu aka Toxic Brochu (TB). She tampered with her roommates personal belongings in the most nastiest and foul ways we can imagine. She was charged and convicted of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, both misdemeanors. Now let’s review what she did. The story went national when TB celebrated her crime on a social media platform writing, “Finally did it. Yo girl got rid of her roommate!! After 1 1/2 month of spitting in her coconut oil, putting moldy clam dip in her lotion and rubbing used tampons on her backpack, putting her toothbrush in places where the sun doesn’t shine, and so much more I can finally say goodbye Jamaican Barbie.”

We wanted her charged with federal hate crimes. She got off with a slap on the wrist. Now. I don’t condone in any way or fashion what this ignorant black child did, but if you didn’t give Toxic any jail time, don’t give this black child any. If sticking a toothbrush up your azz and giving it to somebody without their knowledge is a misdemeanor, than we shouldn’t even be talking about this.
