This month’s Drop Award is given to 36-year-old Marc Gomez. Last month the suspect allegedly approached the victim in her seat and began to punch and kick her numerous times. The victim was 78 years old. The assault was captured on cellphone video. It was one of the most sickening things I have ever seen. What the f@##!! is wrong with you.!! What kind of man would attack an old women like that. I bet if one of those men you was locked up with said something you did not like, you would sit your little punk ass down and stare at the floor and what up with the black people filming that mess? That same dude could have attack your mother like that. I bet you wouldn’t put that on WorldStar. He wasn’t the only biatch on that train. Gomez was charged with second degree assault, third degree assault and harassment. The penalty for second degree assault in New York is 2-7 years.
