The winner is still the contestant that answers the most questions out of five, however the loser will not receive one lash from Pil Skin for every wrong question. {Loud boo’s} Okay settle down… instead the loser will be escorted by Sheriff Fathar O Miedaughter to the Mississippi Mothers Institute in Farewell for talks and reflection. {Applause!!! First question.. In Illinois, when a person commits a sexual act with someone under the age of 17, but over the age of 13, and the person is less than 5 years older than the minor, he or she is guilty of criminal sexual abuse , even if both participants believed the sex was consensual.

A sexual predator is a person seen as obtaining or trying to obtain sexual contact with another person in a metaphorically “predatory” or abusive manner. Analogous to how a predator hunts down its prey, so the sexual predator is thought to “hunt” for his or her sex partners. Often viewed by criminal psychologist as a mental health issue, some sexual predator’s are assigned to a mental health facility instead of incarceration. Truth Or Lie?
Prossee: Rill in my experience, most sexual predators are serving at a minimum 45 years to life. I think that’s a lie.
