Not all recipients of the Drop Award are racist. As the acronym indicates Dumb Racist Or People, the award can be given to people who do stupid things. Likewise, just as racist come in all colors, so do people who do stupid things. With that being said, this month’s award go to Karen Harrison and Carneata Clark. The former black mother of a three month old baby and her lying @zz friend will share this month’s award.
You see Karen got in a fight with Terra Brown in some stank parking lot probably over some stupid ghetto @!!#. As in most ghetto fights there is a lot of screaming, then some posturing then they start throwing hand. Only thing is when Karen got to the throwing the hands part, she lost her baby like she lost her mind.
The video I am going to show you in a minute doesn’t indicate how long the fight lasted or even what precipitated the knocks. What we do know that is after it was over, Karen picked up her baby like it was a hoodie and left. The next day seeing that the child was in need of medical attention, she took it to the hospital. Of course the doctor’s wanted to know WTF happened. Why is this child’s skull fractured. Being a non repentant sleezy mother, she did what anyone like her would do. She lied.
She told police that the baby was injured after he fell from her friend’s arms while she was holding him. Her friend, Carneata Clark, also told police the same story. Well the police didn’t buy it. The acquired a security video from a beauty supply store near the parking lot where the incident took place. It showed the women were lying out of their crooked mouths. As for Terra the women she was fighting, well the police didn’t charge her and as far as I know her involvement with this case is over. Carneata will be charged with lying to police and obstruction. Depending on the severity of the charge, Carneta can get a fine or up to a year in jail for a misdemeanor, but if they charge her with felony obstruction, she can be sleeping with her eyes open for up to ten years.
The crime happened in Moultrie, Georgia. The child died the next day. They have charged Harrison with murder. Personally I think they will go to court and plea down to manslaughter. While many states divide murder into degrees, Georgia law only recognizes one degree of murder. Any murder in Georgia carries a minimum sentence of life in prison. More severe penalties include life without parole or death. In Georgia, involuntary manslaughter is committed when a person unintentionally kills another while acting illegally or recklessly. It is punishable by a maximum prison sentence of 10 years. However, under certain circumstances, it may be a misdemeanor with a penalty of less than one year in prison.
Drop Awards criteria is mostly suited for racist but there are a few provisions for stupid people. I might have to revamp the criteria and add more provisions for stupidity. Anywho here is the video of this month’s July Award.
